Local search marketing st paulManaging your business reputation has become an important ingredient for attracting more online customers. 80% of online customers say they are influenced by what others say about a business.

When we hear about reputation management, we usually think “Getting rid of negative comments about our business”.  Reputation management involves the positive impressions people have about your business online such as customer reviews.  Search engines rely on these customer reviews to give your business more visibility.
